Elm

Welcome to the Elm Class page!

Welcome back everyone! I really hope that you have had a lovely Easter break, we are excited to get started with our learning this Summer term.

This half term our new topic is ‘Is it ever alright to steal?’, and we will be learning all about maps, compass points and how to create our own map as part of it. We will also be learning about materials and their properties in Science and finding out what materials would be suitable in different situations.

We will have 1 P.E session each week and this will be on a Monday. Please ensure your child has a full named P.E kit in school and that they have a water bottle in school each day. Our other P.E slot will be used to take part in Forest School, this will be on a Thursday afternoon. Please ensure that your child brings in a spare set of trousers, shoes, and is has a warm coat, hat, scarf and gloves to wear for this session.

Please also make sure to keep an eye on our webpage as we will upload photographs regularly to showcase the fabulous learning happening in class.

If you have any questions or need to discuss anything at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch via our class email: elm@robertbakewellprimary.com
