How do we keep fit? 10/11/23

Over the last few weeks, we have been learning all about how to keep fit and why this is important. We have been doing lots of different activities to increase our heart rates and stamina including skipping, shuttle runs and speed bounces. This week we worked on improving our balance, agility and co-ordination by hopping and jumping through the ladders. The children had to work together in teams to model to each other how to complete each activity and to be the first to get to the other side. They had a lot of fun and also felt that their fitness had improved!
